Webcasting

Bow Tie television has had long-term experience of providing webcasting services, from webcasting the meetings of the Greater London Authority Assembly, and the Mayor of London Boris Johnson through to large, one-off events.

Live events

Working either with or without our Outside Broadcast units, we can webcast both small and large events. Our engineers have many years experience encoding live events in both Flash and Windows Media, delivering to CDNs either via satellite uplinks or onsite internet connections, to audiences both large and small.

Our encoding engineers have experience webcasting various events including Glastonbury & Reading festivals, Sadler's Wells and the Sony Radio Awards. Corporate experience include Cisco and Yell.

On-site encoding services

We operate a permanent encoding infrastructure at City Hall to provide encoding facilities for the Greater London Authority and to City Hall's corporate customers

This involves maintenance of the machines, and operating for live events, editing of archives, and distribution to CDNs
